In the winter of 86/87 TMT filled our most senior position in
marketing and sales in a timely fashion.
I have also found Mr. Nevins to be most useful, effective and
convincing in interacting between the head office and senior Japanese
management in plotting strategy toward difficult personnel problems
- avoiding mistakes and successfully and cheaply obtaining the
needed results.
Mr. Nevins' approach toward the handling of poor performers is
simple yet profound - and most effective at keeping those remaining
on their toes. We are also getting some useful inputs from him
towards improving the language of our personnel documents, and
systems.
