Our operation is totally separate from the main Bechtel construction company. We handle computer software products and have a separate office.

What Tom said made sense and made my life much easier. TMT's "Strategic Partnering," with Rules of Employment and its unique supporting systems, has apparently been most popular with considerably larger multinational firms. However, for a small operation like ours, with even a handful of people, it is a helpful and necessary tool.
