I first had Mr. Nevins help me with a consulting issue well over 10 years ago when I was President of Cutter Japan. We were younger, but had already lived in Japan many years, and had both deeply studied Japan and its ways.

As for TMT Executive Search operations, although we have over two thousand people in our group, and can recruit top university graduates, we still occasionally need a senior expert or two from the outside.
